This hidden gem exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect, just steps away from a stunning private beach. The villa was breathtaking, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including fast Wi-Fi and an electric kettle. The staff were incredible, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The chef prepared mouthwatering meals, especially the Sri Lankan omelette at breakfast. The friendly house dog, Stewie, and the charming goose added to the welcoming atmosphere. The colonial-style decor added a touch of elegance and the beds were super comfy. Chathuri and her team were prompt, kind, and attentive, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool, the game room, and the children's play area. The spa and wellness centre was a great place to relax and indulge in a soothing massage. We can't wait to return to this paradise!

This boutique villa exceeded all expectations! From the jaw-dropping design, including the pool and gardens filled with exquisite art and ornaments, to the calm and collected staff who provided excellent service. The location was ideal, just a short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk to the main beach area with its fantastic restaurants. We couldn't resist spending all our spare time at the hotel, it was like paradise! The breakfasts were delicious and the beach restaurant offered incredible value for fresh seafood. We also appreciated the range of amenities, such as the on-site spa, fitness center, and game room. an oasis of calm and an experience we can't wait to repeat!

the colonial house restoration and beautiful decoration at sergeant house boutique villa & private beach exceeded our expectations. the luxurious and zen-like feeling, excellent staff, and magical pool area around the dining area made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. we loved everything about it, including the amazing breakfast and the convenience of having lunch and dinner on-site. the location was perfect, close to main attractions and a private beach just across the road.

I loved the quiet and peaceful ambiance. The staff were fantastic, always efficient in bringing us drinks or coffees whenever we requested. The food was EXCELLENT, exceeding our expectations. The hotel/guest house was very well thought out, with a sensational stay overall. On arrival, we received a warm welcome with fresh juice, warm towels, and friendly smiles from the staff. We were even kindly upgraded to a beautiful room with luxurious amenities. The common areas for guests were perfect for relaxation, with two reading rooms and a games room filled with board games. The resort offered ample space to lounge and relax, with beautiful gardens and a clean pool that overlooked the garden. The concierge was always helpful, assisting us with bookings and recommendations. The property itself was beautifully designed, providing a tranquil spa-like setting. The rooms were spacious with lovely colonial decor. our experience was mind-blowing and we cannot wait to come back for a longer stay.

The secluded grounds are stunning, with lush green plants, a pond filled with fish, and a fountain. the design of the villa is beautiful, with high ceilings, a large balcony, and a huge four-poster bed. the staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is prepared with care. the proximity to the beach and the opportunity to swim with turtles at Wijiya Beach is an incredible experience.
